| A Lavish Affair |
|
A Lavish Affair is for the couple who would like to see all of their wedding needs met from the moment their wedding is planned to the grand finale.
The following would be part of this grand package:
- Complimentary Initial Consultation
- Unlimited In person consultations (During these appointments we will meet to discuss: Vendor referrals, Budget planning, Contracts, Venue selections, Invitations, Design & Décor, Flowers, Etiquette advice, Entertainment, Catering & Menu development, Wedding cakes, Photography, Videography, Transportation, Travel, Honeymoon, & Out of town guest coordination.)
- Unlimited contact via, phone & email throughout the planning process (so feel free to keep in touch regarding any aspect of the wedding)
- Provide a detailed budget for the bride and groom
- Present the bride and groom with a Wedding Binder keeping all of their ideas organized
- Recommend Vendors
- Assistance with locations for the Ceremony, Reception, & Rehearsal dinner
- Accompany couple for selected site visits
- Attend vendor appointments at your request (such as: Menu selection, Cake tasting, Invitation selection, Bridal fittings, Rental selections etc…)
- Assist with Cake & Menu selection
- Assist with wording of the Stationary such as: Save the date cards, Wedding programs, Menus, Invitations & Thank You notes
- Assist with Color scheme, Centerpieces & Décor for wedding & rehearsal dinner
- Assist with creation of a reception floor plan
- Seating chart assistance
- Contact all vendors confirming contracts and timing of event
- Create a schedule and timeline for ceremony & reception
- Assist in finding accommodations for out of town guests
- Provide marriage license information
- Suggest & assist with Honeymoon and travel arrangements
- Deliver gift baskets to out of town guests
Rehearsal Events
- Coordinate Rehearsal dinner
- Direction and orchestration of your wedding ceremony rehearsal
- Meet with flower girl & ring bearer & explain their important role in the wedding ceremony
- Provide wedding party with a schedule of the event’s ceremony & reception
Wedding Day Events
- Full coordination of the day from beginning to end
- An assistant coordinator will be provided the day of the event
- Provide all necessary parties with a schedule of the event ensuring that everything runs smoothly
- Collecting items such as, programs, guest book, place cards, favors, toasting glasses, & candles to be taken to the wedding
- Early arrival at the ceremony to ensure smooth setup & impeccable placement of all décor
- Assist with seating guests at the ceremony especially for those with special needs
- Cueing musicians when the bridal party & bride walk down the aisle
- Coordinating ceremony & making sure that you are smiling & looking beautiful before you walk down the aisle
- Keep an emergency kit filled with items for the bride and groom (such as: sewing kit, lint brush, extra pins, stain remover, mints, band-aids & much more)
- Ensure proper set up of tables, chairs, décor (such as: seating cards, floral décor & other table decorations the day of the event)
- Guide & cue the band/DJ and photographer
- Provide DJ/Band with a list of songs requested by the Bride & Groom
- Load up all the gifts at the end of the wedding
- And lots more to assist the bride in groom in any way possible to make your day as unforgettable as ever!

This package is for the couple who has already started planning their event but has realized how demanding and stressful the situation is becoming. The wedding planner can now step in with the following:

- (4)In person consultations(To do the following: Develop a wedding day schedule, Review current vendor contracts & expectations of vendors, Review all wedding details to make sure loose ends are secured, & Site visits to the Ceremony & Reception sites)

- An additional in person consultation

*each additional service hour is $50 (with a 2 hour minimum)
